Implantation is not feasible if the mass or quality of the jawbone is insufficient. First step before any osteoplasty intervention is a CT or panoramic X-ray investigation to establish the patient’s condition, prior to any medical decision on necessary osteoplasty.

This cumulative term includes all interventions necessary to ensure dental health, such as filling of cavities, inlays, onlays, root treatments, tartar removal and closure of interdentiums.
